If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sale Items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional Items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain items may not be eligible for return for health, safety or hygiene reasons, including opened items that cannot be resold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase from elitetradesolutions.co.nz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only accept returns or exchanges if you received the product directly from our website. elitetradesolutions.co.nz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you purchased your product from one of our distributors you will need to handle all refunds or returns through the company you purchased from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns to be shipped at your cost, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We will only exchange items for defective\/damaged items.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
